“When I decided to install a new kitchen in a hurry, I got lucky because I was introduced to Maureen Kaufman. It was the middle of July and I wanted a new kitchen installed by the middle of September. We started the project in her shop by my selecting doors and colors for the cabinets. She brought those to my kitchen and with more discussion we were within a week able to place an order with the manufacturer. But that was just the beginning. She went with me to select the granite for counter tops, backsplash tile and the sinks. Once I had selected my choices, she took over and I didn’t have to do any follow-ups. At one point, I changed my mind on the color of the backsplash. She recommended another tile company and when I went there the next morning without my knowing it, she was there looking for tile for me. She also recommended an appliance store. Maureen went there to help me select the appliances even though there was no money in it for her. After we selected all the appliances, she took charge of having them all installed. All of this was critical for me because I did not live in the area. Her installers were great. Everything was in correct alignment. They returned several times to be sure I was happy with their work. I truly had never worked with anyone that was as efficient as Maureen and her company. Everyone that walks into my kitchen raves about it. By the way, the kitchen was completed by the middle of September.”
